Job summary

Wates Group is seeking a Carpenter for our Responsive Maintenance team in Walton-on-Thames. You will carry out carpentry repairs and renewals across properties, working from our Walton-on-Thames office to support social housing residents.

Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry, a valid UK driving licence, and proven carpentry experience. DBS checks apply at offer stage and strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

WPS has an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter to join our Responsive Maintenance division, working from our Walton-on-Thames office. You'll be delivering reactive maintenance services to our valued residents as part of a social housing contract.
