Job summary

TXM Recruit is partnering with an award-winning organisation on a long-term temp-to-perm contract on large MOD sites near St. Neots. The role involves carpentry and fabric repairs on a static site, including hanging doors, building fabric maintenance, fitting kitchen units, skirting board replacements and snagging.

Immediate start and 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri. Pay is £17.98 per hour PAYE for the initial 12 weeks, with a path to a full-time permanent position at £37,398.40 per annum, mileage paid

• NVQ trade qualification(s) in carpentry & joinery or equivalent.
• CSCS Card (desirable).

Job description

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project on a couple of large MOD sites local to St. Neots.on a long term temp-to-perm contract.

The successful candidate will be required to complete carpentry and fabric repairs at a Large static site.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Hanging doors.
• Building fabric maintenance
• Fitting kitchen units.
• Skirting board replacements
• Snagging
• Immediate start.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Pay: £17.98 per hour PAYE - 12 week contract. Upon completion of 12 weeks, you will be offered a permanent position full-time with the company. £37,398.40 per annum.

Vehicle required. Mileage paid on site at 45p per mile.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• NVQ trade qualification(s) in carpentry & joinery or equivalent.
• CSCS Card (desirable)
