Moxie People are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative to join their Responsive Repairs team across Wokingham, Windsor, Slough and surrounding areas. You’ll perform day-to-day repairs in occupied homes, delivering a professional service with pride in quality repairs.

The role requires NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry or Plumbing, strong multi-trade skills, and a customer-focused approach with a valid UK driving licence. A company van, pension and progression opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive repairs across occupied social housing properties.
• General carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, kitchens and fencing.
• Plumbing repairs such as leaking taps, pipework, toilet and sanitaryware repairs.
• Patch plastering and making good; wall and floor tiling repairs.
• Minor decorating and finishing works; diagnosing faults and completing first-time fixes.
• Delivering excellent customer service while working in residents' homes.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
