Job description

Job Title: Multi-skilled Carpenter

We are seeking a multi-skilled carpenter for our client, a maintenance and repair specialist operating throughout Hampshire, Sussex, and Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works on domestic and commercial properties. Duties include first and second fix carpentry, as well as additional tasks such as tiling, plastering, decorating, and basic plumbing, when competent.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
• Multi-skilled in tiling, decorating, basic plumbing, etc.
• Ideally based within commuting distance of Portsmouth
• NVQ in Carpentry or equivalent (desirable)
• Full UK driving license

Compensation and Benefits:

• £38,500 basic salary, dependent on experience
• Van and fuel card provided
• 31 days annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing with service
• Overtime opportunities
