Build Recruitment is seeking a Carpenter multi-trader to carry out repairs in domestic council properties for a Housing Association.

This temporary role offers weekly pay and a potential permanent placement after 12 weeks, with onsite work in Merton.

Competenze

• Experience carrying out repairs in domestic council properties.
• Strong customer service and communication with tenants.
• Familiar with using a PDA for inspections and records.

• Carry out day-to-day general repairs and maintenance in council properties.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants during visits.
• Record work using a PDA and update property databases.

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Carpenter based in Merton.

Day to Day for carpenter multi trader:

• Carrying day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA
