Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trader for a temporary-to-permanent role based in Romford. The position involves carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties with all aspects of carpentry, including door hanging, locks, skirting and architraves; some multi-skilled duties are required.

A van and fuel card are provided, with weekly pay and potential to convert to permanent after the initial 12 weeks.

Perm Salary - £42-45k

Contract Rate (12 weeks) - £27.64 an hour van & fuel card provided

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a carpenter multi trader based in Romford.

Day to Day for carpenter multi trader:

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance
• Working in domestic properties
• All aspects of carpentry from door hanging, fitting locks, gaining entrance to properties, skirting & architraves, kitchen unit, bath panels, etc.
• Some multi skilled experience is required for this position
• Qualifications are desired
