Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our reactive maintenance team in Walton-on-Thames. You will work in occupied domestic properties, carrying out carpentry repairs and related maintenance tasks.

The role offers weekly pay, a company van with fuel card for business use, and ongoing stable work with a focus on high-quality service to residents.

Formación

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in social housing, council, or domestic repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilidades

About the Role:

Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in occupied domestic properties, carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and associated general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic and social housing settings
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry or relevant qualification
• Proven experience working in social housing, council, or domestic repairs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to carry out secondary trades (desirable)
