Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team in Crawley. The role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Crawley, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and customer service.

The position offers £22 per hour with a company van and fuel card provided, and requires NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent, plus a valid UK driving licence.

Formación

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance, ideally within social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or a relevant trade qualification.
• Professional attitude with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied social housing properties.
• Repair and replace doors, door frames, locks, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and flooring.
• Complete a range of first and second fix carpentry works.
• Undertake minor multi-trade repairs where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service while working in tenants' homes.
