Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Crawley is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out repairs in occupied social housing properties.

You will repair and replace doors, frames, locks, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and flooring, and perform first and second fix carpentry work, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship. A Full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance, ideally within social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or a relevant trade qualification.
• Professional attitude with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied social housing properties.
