Job summary

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Carpenter to install, repair, and replace fascia boards, soffits, and roof battens across Bodmin and surrounding areas. The role focuses on roofing and external property maintenance with strong workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities include working at height, interpreting work specs, and coordinating with tenants and site teams. Candidates should have UK driving licence, own tools, and a solid health and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally within roofing or external property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of fascia, soffit, and roof batten installation and repair.
• Experience working at height and on roofing structures.
• Ability to interpret work specifications and complete jobs independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own tools and transport.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation.

• Maintain accurate records of completed works and materials used.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and site teams.
