Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpenter at BORDO Design located in Birmingham. The Carpenter will be responsible for framing, finish carpentry, using power tools, and hand tools to fabricate and install custom-built storage solutions and shop fitouts. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design plans, measuring and cutting materials, assembling and installing cabinetry, and ensuring quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

Carpentry and Framing skills
Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
Finish Carpentry skills
Knowledge of craftsmanship and attention to detail
Ability to interpret design plans and measurements accurately
Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of carpentry work
Experience in cabinetry or woodworking industry is a plus
Completion of carpentry or woodworking apprenticeship program is beneficial
