Job summary

Voyage Care in Deal is seeking caring and hands-on Support Workers to help people gain greater independence and quality of life in a welcoming residential service.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, supporting daily living, personal care, social activities, and community access. Shifts include weekdays, weekends, and sleep-ins; progression and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• You don’t need to have experience to be a fantastic Support Worker, what you need is a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support, a desire to learn and a genuine caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life and support within a dynamic team.
• Teach life skills and assist with personal care.
• Encourage access to local communities, socialise and participate in activities.
• Support people out in local bars, pubs, cinema or at home as part of daily routines.
