Job summary

Pertemps Lincoln is recruiting Residential Support Workers for a children's home in Gainsborough. You will support young people with daily activities, provide a safe and positive environment, and help with activities, appointments, and outings. A driving licence is required to drive children in a company vehicle, and shifts include sleep-ins.

The role offers a minimum of 37.5 hours per week with overtime opportunities and sleep-in allowances.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working with children or young people in a residential or support setting.
• Caring, patient and supportive approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Full UK driving licence is required, as you will be required to drive children in a company vehicle.
• Flexibility to work residential shift patterns, including sleep ins.
