Pertemps Lincoln are recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers to work at a children's home in Gainsborough. You will support young people in daily activities and help provide a safe, supportive and positive environment.

The role requires at least 6 months of experience with children or young people in residential or support settings, a caring approach, and a full UK driving licence. You will work a residential shift pattern with sleep-ins, averaging 37.5 hours per week with overtime

Shift pattern:

• Hours Day 1 10:00am-11:00pm + sleep-in


• Day 2 7:30am-11:00pm + sleep-in


• Day 3 7:30am-10:00am, then finish
