Job summary

Compass Independent Living in Brompton, Medway is seeking a Self-Employed Personal Assistant / Support worker to help a 59-year-old man with ASD and psychotic depression access the community and manage daily activities at home.

You will assist with shopping, prompt medication and medication collection, and help maintain a clean home and a healthy diet, supporting independence and safety in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with ASD or mental health needs.
• Able to work autonomously as a self-employed assistant.
• Reliable and patient with strong communication.
