UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a caring Personal Assistant to support a 3-year-old boy with complex needs in Blyth. The role involves one-to-one personal care, mobility support, and engaging in home and community activities.

A DBS check will be funded by the employer, and flexibility to cover Friday (with potential weekend slots) is welcomed. Hours are 3 per week, at £14.67 per hour. The ideal PA is reliable, patient, and able to work in a family home, with access to their own vehicle and appropriate

Qualifications

• Kind, patient and reliable candidate with a compassionate approach.
• Experience supporting children or individuals with disabilities is desirable.
• Driver with own vehicle and business insurance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care support to the child.
• Assist with meals and drinks for the child.
• Support mobility needs and physiotherapy activities.
• Ensure the child’s safety, comfort and wellbeing at all times.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain child protection standards.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship with the child and family.
• Support and engage in planned activities and outings as appropriate.
