Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a flexible Kitchen Assistant to join our catering team at Outram Fields, Bradway, Sheffield. You will support the Head Chef and colleagues to deliver catering services across the home while ensuring resident meals meet high nutritional and safety standards.

Responsibilities include food preparation, washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen area and assisting with stock control.

Qualifications

• Food preparation duties in a kitchen setting.
• Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness in food storage areas.
• Ability to work as part of a catering team and follow health & safety rules.
• Awareness of COSHH regulations and CQC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and team to deliver catering services.
• Prepare nutritious meals promptly according to schedules.
• Maintain hygiene in kitchen and storage areas at all times.
• Assist with stock management and cost-effective controls.
