Job summary

Prime Life Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for Peaker Park Care Village in Market Harborough. You will prepare meals to suit residents’ dietary needs, perform quality checks, and support dining experiences with dignity. Training for Food Hygiene/Catering is available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals, snacks and beverages in line with residents’ dietary requirements.
• Undertaking quality checks on food prepared and stored.
• Assisting with food service to provide a dignified dining experience.
• Maintaining stock records and ordering stock.
• Maintaining a hygienic and tidy kitchen; supporting deep cleaning tasks.
