Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.
• Experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting.
• Compassion and commitment to high-quality housekeeping/laundry service for residents.
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible to cover varied responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understanding cleaning requirements of different surfaces and ensuring areas are well presented.
• Ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect, and their personal space is respected.
