Ivybank in Polmont near Falkirk is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain the highest cleaning standards in public areas and bedrooms. The role also covers laundry duties, helping ensure a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.

We offer competitive benefits and overtime rates; full training is provided for those new to the role. The successful candidate will work 32.5 hours per week with flexible shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or domestic cleaning within care settings.
• Basic infection control knowledge and COSHH awareness; training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules, work with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest cleaning standards in residents' areas and bedrooms.
• Wash, dry, iron and put away laundry to support day-to-day operations.
• Replenish supplies in resident rooms and common areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to address needs.
