Job summary

Menzies Aviation in the United Kingdom is recruiting a cargo operations specialist to join the Thai Airways Cargo team, ensuring accurate execution of import/export instructions and delivering service to cargo customers.

You will plan and monitor cargo movements, coordinate with trucking partners, perform AWB amendments, and monitor ULD activity, contributing to reliable, timely shipments. A 3+ year background in air cargo and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cargo and warehouse operations.
• Experience and proven track record working within the air cargo industry.
• Proven track record of delivery against KPIs and SLA's.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Good customer service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute to deadline all import and export
• Monitor all inbound transit cargo to ensure it is collected by the appointed trucking company and ensure it has reached its final destination.
• After receiving warehouse bond checks, cross check to ensure all export/import cargo is in the correct location/destination.

Role Purpose
