Job summary

Pertemps Wolverhampton and Walsall is seeking experienced caretakers to cover schools in Walsall and Wolverhampton. The role involves site upkeep, basic maintenance, deliveries, and locking up.

You must have caretaker and maintenance experience, an enhanced DBS, reliable, and good communication with the ability to work independently. Monday to Friday, pay from £12.71 per hour, temp-to-perm.

The Role:

• General school site upkeep
• Basic maintenance and repairs
• Booking in school deliveries
• Opening and securing the site
• Key holding responsibilities
• Ensuring the site is safe and well maintained
• Carrying out maintenance tasks as required

You Will Need:

• Previous Caretaker experience
• Previous maintenance experience
• Fully Enhanced DBS
• Reliable and responsible
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Locations: Walsall & Wolverhampton

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Days: Monday to Friday
