Job summary

Salary per annum: £27,706 per annum (plus a £2,000 per annum driving allowance where applicable)

Who we’re looking for

Are you passionate about creating clean, safe and welcoming communities? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Caretaker to join our team. This role could be based at any one of our estates across Richmond, Hounslow or Kingston Borough.

As a key member of our Caretaking Team, you'll play an important role in maintaining high standards across our estates, helping to create environments where residents feel proud to live. You'll be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties, reporting repairs, identifying potential safety hazards, removing graffiti, litter picking, and supporting a clean, safe and positive living environment for residents.

We're looking for someone with experience delivering excellent customer service and previous cleaning experience, including the safe use of cleaning materials. You'll have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
