You will perform cleaning duties, report repairs, identify hazards, remove graffiti, litter pick, and support residents' living environment. This on-site, permanent role offers full-time hours and a competitive pro-rata salary.

As a key member of our Caretaking Team, you'll help maintain high standards across our estates by carrying out cleaning duties, reporting repairs, identifying safety hazards, removing graffiti, litter picking, and supporting a positive living environment for residents.
