Sanctuary Group in Paignton is seeking a Caretaker to join our housing and community services team. The role focuses on caretaking duties, grounds maintenance, cleaning, gutter cleaning, void clean and clears, and landscaping, with all work centered on void properties.

We value attention to detail and customer service. The successful candidate will have experience in similar roles, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to work 40 hours per week, with salary from £26,442 to £27,833 per year

Formación

• Experience in a similar caretaking role or related tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning, voids, and grounds maintenance.
• Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe practices.
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence required to operate company vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out cleaning of void properties and communal areas.
• Perform grounds maintenance and litter control.
• Resolve issues with customers and monitor service quality.
• Complete documentation for tasks carried out.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
