Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our caretaking team. As a caretaker, you will assist the Coordinator and Caretaker Supervisors in providing efficient support services to students, staff, and visitors. Your duties will include cleaning, portering, minor maintenance, and unlicensed security activities.

Experience in these fields is desirable; however, a strong work ethic and adaptability are more important. Customer service skills are also essential, as you will have direct contact with tenants and visitors.

The working hours are 37 hours per week (7.4 hours per day), across 5 days out of 7, between 6:30 am and 10:00 pm. This typically includes working alternate Saturdays, but hours may be adjusted to meet business needs.

You will be required to undertake training related to equipment, processes, and the university's mandatory online training programs.
