Job summary

Strategic Placements Ltd is seeking a reliable Maintenance Handyman to join our team in Romford on a part-time basis. The role runs Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break, totaling 21 hours per week.

The successful candidate will carry out general maintenance, simple repairs and routine checks to keep buildings and grounds well-presented. You should be able to work independently, organise your workload with minimal supervision and proactively

Qualifications

• Previous handyman or general maintenance experience.
• Able to perform basic repairs, minor decorating, plumbing and carpentry.
• Health and safety checks and reporting defects.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.

• Carry out a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks.
