Job summary

Blade Recruitment is seeking a skilled maintenance handyman for a high-security industrial facility near Beckton. You will perform a mix of planned and reactive maintenance to keep the site safe and well-maintained.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with permanent placement and a £30k salary. You must have proven multi-skilled handyman experience, strong health and safety know-how, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a multi-skilled handyman, or a similar handyman or property maintenance role.
• Compliance: A solid, essential understanding of current health and safety procedures.
• Work Ethic: The ability to work independently, efficiently, and flexibly across multiple sites.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving aptitudes, and a sharp attention to detail.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eligibility: You must be fully eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
