Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building structures, fixtures, and equipment.
• Complete day to day repairs.
• Carry out damp and mould works.
• Carry out minor joinery and plumbing duties including repairing leaking taps.
• Undertake general maintenance and decorating including interior painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Carry out estate maintenance.
• Fixing leaky taps, patching walls, repairing doors, and more.
• Replacing light fixtures, switches, minor leaks.
• Touch-up painting, preparing surfaces.
