Job description

We're looking for a Caretaker to join our Maintenance team based at Welling School in Greater London.

Location: Welling School, Welling, Greater London.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent (shifts 06:00 - 14:30 & 10:00 - 18:30).

What will you be responsible for?

As a Caretaker, you'll be working within the facilities team, supporting them in repairs and maintenance across the site.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Reporting building maintenance issues through the Kier Helpdesk.
• Carrying out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations, and removals.
• Unblocking toilets, changing light bulbs, changing locks, and painting.
• Accepting deliveries and distributing parcels.

• You can communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Previous experience in a caretaker/porter role is preferred but not essential.
• You possess strong DIY skills.
