Job summary

Alde Valley Academy is seeking a dedicated caretaker to join the site team. The role focuses on keeping buildings, grounds and facilities clean, safe and comfortable for all users. You will work full-time, 52 weeks a year, reporting to the Site Manager and sharing site upkeep duties with the team.

Applicants should have site maintenance experience, be reliable with strong timekeeping, and able to build positive relationships within the school community. DBS checks are enhanced.

The work centres on keeping buildings, grounds and facilities clean, tidy and free from hazards, so the site stays safe and comfortable for everyone using it. It is a full-time, 52-week post reporting to the Site Manager, sharing responsibility for site upkeep with the wider team. An enhanced DBS check is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
