Live-In Carer - South East

Up to £153 daily, bank holiday days paid at double the daily rate, enhanced night pay.

All new carers will attend a comprehensive 1‑week training program in Tonbridge, with accommodation provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care tailored to each client’s needs
• Support clients with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity
• Ensure client safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times
• Provide peace of mind to client families through clear communication and compassionate care
• Assist with light housekeeping, hygiene, and nutritious meal preparation
• Accurately report, record, and maintain care records
• Support clients with medication and liaise with healthcare professionals as needed
• Collaborate with Care Consultants and fellow carers to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor and record client physical and emotional wellbeing
• Adapt to client changing needs and undertake additional duties as required
• Complete all mandatory and ongoing training provided by Consultus Care

Requirements

• Genuine passion for caring and making a positive impact
• Previous care experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs
• Commitment to attending a 1‑week training program in Tonbridge (accommodation included)
