Job summary

Home Instead Exeter is seeking caring individuals to support clients in East Devon and surrounding areas with non-medical care, personal care, home help and companionship. You will help clients live independently in their own homes and join an award-winning training programme.

We welcome experienced care professionals and those new to care, with fully funded training provided. Various working patterns and the use of your own vehicle for outings are available, with driver roles encouraged.

Qualifications

• Are you compassionate, reliable and genuinely caring?

• Acare professional or looking to learn new skills, aiming to progress within a care role?
• A good communicator? (a sense of humour helps)
• Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the life of someone in their community?
• Available for part-time or full time contracts?

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality non-medical care, personal care, home help and companionship to clients.
• Support clients to live independently in their own homes in East Devon and surrounding areas.
• Work with a friendly, nurturing team and participate in award-winning training.
