Job summary

A compassionate care provider is expanding its team in Honiton, looking for Care Assistants to support adults at home with various needs. Full-time and part-time shifts available. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK. The role involves delivering personalised care, performing domestic tasks, and building trusting relationships with clients. A nurturing and adaptable personality is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• No prior experience required as full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care to clients.
• Carry out domestic tasks and accompany clients to appointments.
• Build trusting relationships and update the care app.
• Provide personal care and non-medical services.
• Maintain up-to-date notes in the client app after each visit.
• Provide non-medical personal care as required.
• Travel between clients' homes; a valid driver’s license and car are essential.
