Job summary

Home Instead North Devon & Exmoor is seeking caring Care Professionals to provide high-quality in-home support across North Devon and Exmoor, including Barnstaple, Braunton, Bideford and South Molton. Roles include both full-time and part-time contracts with minimum one-hour visits to deliver personalised care.

We offer award-winning training, mileage paid between clients, and opportunities to gain health and social care qualifications. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships with clients.

At Home Instead North Devon & Exmoor, we provide award-winning, relationship-led care that helps older people stay independent in the comfort of their own homes. We're looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our growing team of Care Professionals.

We support clients across North Devon and Exmoor, including Barnstaple, Braunton, Bideford, South Molton and surrounding areas. Wherever possible, we match our Care Professionals with clients close to where they live, helping to reduce travel and build meaningful relationships.

Unlike many care providers, we offer aminimum one-hour visit, giving you the time to provide quality care and companionship without feeling rushed.

Job Description

What You'll Do

As a Care Professional, you'll provide personalised support that helps our clients live well at home. This may include:

Companionship and building meaningful relationships

Personal care with dignity and respect

Meal preparation and light household support

Medication reminders

Shopping, appointments and errands

Supporting hobbies, activities and social outings

Promoting independence and wellbeing

Our care visits take place between6:45am and 10:00pm. We welcome applicants who can work a mix of mornings, evenings, or both, although we can be flexible for the right candidate.
