Job summary

Highland Home Carers in Dingwall is recruiting a Carer for a dedicated female client. You will help with daily living, personal care and mobility, delivering person-centred support in the client’s home.

No previous care experience is required, but you must be committed to providing high-quality care and respecting dignity and choice. You will have access to training, early pay, uniform and pension benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, mobility, medication and dietary requirements, respecting choice and dignity at all times.
• Work in accordance with Support Plans and through ongoing reviews to meet the individual’s physical and emotional needs.
• Maintain accurate records in line with Highland Home Carers policies and procedures.

About the Role

As a Carer, you will be a vital part of our person-centred, holistic approach care, provided in line with assessed need on an individual basis. Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes, local communities and familiar surroundings.

We are hiring for new Support Workers to support one of our female clients. As they are female and because of the personal care involved in this role, we can only accept female applicants for this package. This constitutes a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.

Typical shifts can look like

• Maintaining factual records in accordance with HHC policies and procedures
