Action for Carers Surrey is seeking a Carer Advice & Guidance Advisor to support people navigating challenging situations. This hybrid role requires home-based work with at least one day per week in our Burpham, Guildford office.

You will manage caseloads, provide tailored action plans, and build trusted relationships to achieve positive outcomes. The position emphasizes remote support via phone and online platforms, with a focus on advocacy and problem-solving.

Location: Hybrid Working | Home-based with a minimum of one day per week in our Burpham, Guildford office.

Salary: £31,100 - £32,557 FTE

Part Time: 21.6 hours per week (0.6 FTE)
