Job summary

A local care provider in Hedge End is seeking a Care Professional to deliver compassionate care to older adults in their homes. In this meaningful role, you will provide companionship, personal care, and medication support among other duties. The ideal candidate must be a licensed car driver with availability in the mornings, evenings, and every other weekend. Qualifications

• Licensed car drivers with their own vehicle.
• Availability in the morning and at least 2 evenings per week.
• Available every other weekend in the morning.
• Every other weekend (AM) essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, unhurried care for clients.
• Support clients with companionship and personal care.
• Assist clients with medication and mobility.
• Light housekeeping and laundry to keep homes tidy.
• Assist with mobility and accompany clients on errands and outings.

Job Description

As a Care Professional, you’ll provide dedicated, unhurried care that makes a genuine difference. Every day is varied, and you’ll support clients with:

• Companionship – meaningful conversation, sharing hobbies, and reducing loneliness
• Personal care – helping with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Medication support – prompting or assisting with prescribed medication
• Light housekeeping – tidying, laundry, keeping homes safe and comfortable
• Mobility assistance – supporting gentle movement or walking
• Errands and outings – accompanying clients to appointments or local shops

With minimum 1-hour visits, you’ll have the time to build real relationships and deliver care the right way—unrushed and personal.
