Pilgrims Way Nursing home is family run and been established since 1987

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carer, located in Maidstone. The Carer will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility, meals. The role also includes monitoring the physical and mental health , and maintaining detailed records of care provided. The Carer will work closely with other our n site Nurses and other professionals to ensure all care needs are met.

Qualifications

• Skills in providing direct personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Experience in monitoring the physical and mental health of individuals
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant care certifications or qualifications are a plus
• Experience in a nursing home or similar environment is beneficial
