Job summary

Eden Care at Home is a local family-run home care company dedicated to providing quality care to clients in their own homes. As part of our team you’ll deliver compassionate personal care, support daily living tasks, and participate in our Learning Academy for ongoing training and development.

You’ll provide a service of care to clients to enable them to lead an independent lifestyle as possible and assist clients with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, getting around and domestic needs.The care service will involve a programme of personal care, support needs and management which will be stated clearly in each clients Support Plan and Risk assessment.

Pay Rates:

Up to 1 year experience - £25,000 per year / £12.82 per hour

2+ years experience - £27,000 / £14.10 per hour

Working Hours:

7am to 2:30pm with a 30 minute break and 2:30pm to 10pm

Alternate weekends are required

Requirements:

• Female only due to client preference
• Driver with access to a vehicle with suitable licence and insurance for domiciliary care role
• No qualifications required, must be able to complete training in line with the requirements of the business and mandatory training needs
• Must have right to work in the UK
• 6 months experience or more in the care sector, especially in domiciliary care
• Enhanced DBS

We support clients in their own home, to provide consistently high standards of care to people using the service in accordance with the Eden Care at Home philosophy, policies, CCG guidelines, the General Social Care Council Code and The Fundamental Standards of Care.
