Melody Care is seeking caring Carers to support clients at home in Hampshire and Surrey. You will join our team, providing high-quality care, companionship, and practical support to vulnerable adults. We offer guaranteed hour contracts with fixed hours, paid training, and flexible scheduling to help work-life balance.

Full training provided; previous care experience not required. You will be based at local branches with travel between client homes, covering the surrounding area across Hampshire

Melody Care is a quality, trusted, and award-winning provider of home care services. We are currently recruiting Carers to join our established team working with vulnerable adults in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey.

We have branches in Aldershot, Alton and Camberley - you will be based at whichever branch is most convenient for you, covering the surrounding area.

We offer guaranteed hour contracts of 10, 16, 25, and 35 hours per week.

Hours available: 7am until 2pm and 4pm until 11pm

To qualify for this you will need to work at least one evening per week and some hours alternate weekends.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE A CAR DRIVER WITH OWN CAR.

The Role:

As a Carer, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You'll be supported by our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Carer, you will be required to help clients in the community with:

• Medication


• Personal Care


• Meal preparation and nutrition

• Arranging and accompanying clients to appointments

• Light cleaning duties
