Job summary

The King Edward VI School in Morpeth invites an enthusiastic CEIAG lead to join our careers team. You will systematically manage CEIAG provision across the school to support GCSE options and the Post 16/18 transition, and ensure we meet Gatsby Benchmarks and Baker Clause requirements.

You will coordinate work experience administration, safeguarding vulnerable students, and track destinations and interventions using Compass+, OnTrack+, Unifrog and related software.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating CEIAG across a secondary school.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate Gatsby Benchmarks and Baker Clause compliance.
• Strong data handling and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Systematically manage CEIAG provision across the school to support GCSE options and Post 16/18 transition.
• Ensure Gatsby Benchmarks compliance and Baker Clause adherence.
• Coordinate work experience administration and ensure vulnerable students access meaningful placements.

Job description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic member of staff to join our school who has the ability to:

• Systematically manage CEIAG provision across the school to support the GCSE options process and manage Post 16 and 18 transition
• Ensure KEVI is fully compliant with Gatsby Benchmarks, meets the Baker Clause and modern work experience requirements
• Manage work experience administration, with a focus ensuring all vulnerable students have access to meaningful workplace experiences
• Data management to track CEIAG activity, engagement, destinations and interventions using Compass+, OnTrack+, Unifrog and other relevant software

Working hours will be 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday.
