The Bishop of Winchester Academy is seeking a dedicated Careers and Work Experience Administrator to join our vibrant school community in England. You will coordinate careers appointments, maintain records, and support careers fairs, mock interviews and work experience programmes for students, parents and external partners.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building positive relationships with students, staff, parents and external partners. Previous experience within administration, education or careers support would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Hours: 35 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time + 1 week)
As an Careers and Work Experience Administrator you will:
Coordinate careers appointments and maintain accurate records and tracking systems.
Support the organisation and delivery of careers fairs, employer encounters, mock interviews and guest speaker events.
Administer the Academy's work experience programme, liaising with students, parents, employers and external providers.
Maintain effective relationships with employers, colleges, universities and training providers.
Promote careers opportunities and events across the Academy.
Support students by providing encouragement and helping them engage with careers and work experience opportunities.
Work closely with the Careers Leader to ensure the successful delivery of the Academy's careers programme.
