Job summary

Christ’s College in Canterbury seeks a Careers Advisor to support boys as they explore futures beyond school. You will guide subject choices, pathways and scholarships while building confidence and providing impartial guidance.

You'll create connections with families, staff and external providers, coordinate careers events, and develop engaging resources to inspire meaningful pathways for students across Years 7–15.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in careers development, counselling, education or student guidance would be an advantage.
• We welcome applicants from both teaching and non-teaching backgrounds.

Experience or qualifications in careers development, counselling, education or student guidance would be an advantage. We welcome applicants from both teaching and non-teaching backgrounds.

You will support the Anglican character, values and heritage of Christ’s College and handle student information with professionalism and discretion.
