Our Student Services Department is expanding, and we are looking for an additional team member to join as a Careers Adviser & Coach.
Location: Macclesfield
Type: Part-time, Term Time
We seek a passionate and experienced candidate to help shape the future of our students and make a lasting impact at Macclesfield College.
Reporting to the Director of Student Services & Inclusion, you will deliver careers education, information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG) to potential students, current students, apprentices, HE & Adults. Your work will involve engaging with a diverse range of customers in schools, communities, and within college to provide high-quality IAG on courses, career decision-making, and employability skills.
The successful candidate will excel in customer service, offering guidance on career planning, further education, training, and employment opportunities to support informed decision-making about their futures.
Experience working with young people in educational settings and knowledge of careers frameworks such as the Gatsby Benchmarks or Matrix Standard is highly desirable.
