Career Connect is seeking a dedicated Career Adviser to support schools and colleges across Merseyside. You will deliver one-to-one impartial guidance, group work, and employer encounters with young people, tailored to student needs and year groups.

Term-time patterns are considered, and flexible patterns can be explored. You will join a team with strong practice, delivering engaging digital careers, resilience building, and inclusive career conversations.

• We work with more than 200 schools and colleges across the country, creating inspiring, tailored Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance packages to meet their needs.
• You will work across a number of schools delivering one-to-one impartial career guidance, motivational group work, and employer encounters with young people.
• We know that meaningful impact comes from delivery based on need. With us, you'll have the opportunity to take the lead and design targeted sessions for students in a range of year groups, based on evidence for maximum impact. Digital careers, building resilience, and challenging career stereotypes are just some of the sessions that our talented advisers have delivered, with impressive results. We always encourage innovation.

• Collaborate with a team to plan in-school delivery and share best practices.
