Job summary

Career Connect is seeking a dedicated Career Adviser to support schools and colleges across Merseyside. You will deliver one-to-one impartial guidance, group work, and employer encounters with young people, tailored to student needs and year groups.

Term-time patterns are considered, and flexible patterns can be explored. You will join a team with strong practice, delivering engaging digital careers, resilience building, and inclusive career conversations.

• We work with more than 200 schools and colleges across the country, creating inspiring, tailored Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance packages to meet their needs.
• You will work across a number of schools delivering one-to-one impartial career guidance, motivational group work, and employer encounters with young people.
• We know that meaningful impact comes from delivery based on need. With us, you'll have the opportunity to take the lead and design targeted sessions for students in a range of year groups, based on evidence for maximum impact. Responsibilities

• Design targeted sessions for students in a range of year groups based on evidence for maximum impact.
• Deliver sessions on digital careers, resilience building and challenging career stereotypes.
• Collaborate with a team to plan in-school delivery and share best practices.
