Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Talent Development/Organisational Development professional to create clear career pathways, build succession plans and establish skills frameworks across the business. You will work with People Partners and our in-house training provider to ensure development activity is well directed and aligned to progression.

You will design frameworks, translate concepts into practical tools, and partner with leaders to embed career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent development, organisational development or L&D.
• Ability to design or maintain career, skills or capability frameworks.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with data handling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design clear career pathways across key job families and define progression criteria.
• Coordinate data-driven succession planning for critical roles and identify future capability gaps.
• Develop skills and capability frameworks aligned to job architecture and business needs.
• Partner with internal training providers to translate business needs into practical development requirements.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback and impact, not just attendance.
