Job summary

United Learning Lancashire Cluster seeks a Personal Guidance Officer to deliver impartial CEIAG to students across three schools, helping them make informed education, training and employment choices. You will deliver one-to-one guidance, information on post-16 provision, and guidance sessions, workshops and presentations, while supporting careers events and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification (or willingness to work towards).
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one career guidance.
• Provide information on post-16 provision.
• Deliver guidance sessions, workshops and presentations.
• Support with careers events.
• Maintain guidance records and actions plans.
