Job summary

The City of Liverpool College is seeking a Career Learner Assistant to support the delivery of our career programme. You will provide impartial careers advice and guidance to prospective applicants, helping with course selection and progression routes, and handling enquiries via the college system.

You will also assist with higher education applications, group sessions, events, and cross-site support for the Careers Advice and Guidance Team to ensure a responsive service for all students and

Qualifications

• A recognised careers advice & guidance qualification at Level 4 or willingness to work towards.
• Good knowledge of and experience using a range of IT systems.
• Experience delivering information, advice and guidance to learners and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide impartial information, advice and guidance to college applicants on training, course and apprenticeship options.
• Respond to email and phone enquiries offering IAG to applicants.
• Support the Careers Advice and Guidance Team with delivery of on-course advice and guidance activities.
